taskforce.lv is the website of TaskForce, a service by smitcom (smitcom.lv), Latvia. By using the site you accept these terms.

These terms cover the website only. Use of the TaskForce application is governed by the agreement each customer makes with smitcom.

The site describes TaskForce and lets you get in touch with us. Its content is general information, not an offer that binds us. A contract exists only once you and smitcom have agreed one.

Prices are shown in euros without VAT and can change. The number of founding customer places left is updated by hand and may be out of date. The price that applies to you is the one in your agreement.

The product screens shown on the site are examples made to illustrate how TaskForce works.

You may browse the site and send us enquiries through the contact form or by email. Please do not:

• use the contact form for spam, advertising or unlawful content;
• try to disrupt the site, get around its protections or overload it with automated requests;
• present the site or its content as your own.

The texts and design of the site and the TaskForce name and logo belong to smitcom. You may quote the site and link to it if you name the source. Any other reuse needs our written permission.

The Geist typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License. Other product names mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

The site links to other websites, such as smitcom.lv. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without a guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, smitcom is not liable for loss that results from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes are settled by the courts of Latvia. If you use the site as a consumer, the mandatory protections of the law of your own country still apply.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its date, is the one in force.
